AUS-10 GM Molybdenum Petty Knife

This Kikuichi AUS-10 Petty Knife is hand-crafted incorporating high carbon molybdenum, creating a thin but stiff blade. Kikuichi’s blade-smiths also use vanadium, promoting a fine grain structure. A Petty knife covers tasks from fine garnishing to utility purposes with ease and agility. Ultimately, this AUS-10 series offers blades that are easy to sharpen, and have good edge retention. The resin handles are a full tang design that is comfortable, durable and heat resistant.
