AUS-10 GM Molybdenum Bread Knife

This Kikuichi AUS-10 serrated bread knife is hand-crafted incorporating high carbon molybdenum, creating a thin but stiff blade. Kikuichi’s blade-smiths also use vanadium, promoting a fine grain structure. Kikuichi’s finely tuned serrations easily cut bread without smashing it. The pakka wood handle is a full tang design that is comfortable and durable.
